FAQ

Questions worth asking before rollout

Deployment

How quickly can a first plant go live?

A focused first module can go live in three to six weeks when tag ownership, source-system access and KPI definitions are ready. Data foundation work can extend that timeline.

Deployment

Do we need to replace our MES?

No. ForgePulse Digital reads from existing systems and adds an analytics layer. Replacing an MES is outside the public module scope.

Integration

Which systems can you connect?

Common connections include PLC, SCADA, MES, historians, LIMS, CMMS, sub-meters, REST APIs and flat-file exports. The readiness review confirms what is actually available.

Quality

Are quality alarms automatic holds?

No. The quality module raises context and records the rule that fired; production holds remain under your quality process.

Pricing

Can we buy online?

No checkout exists on this website. Pricing is informational and the final subscription is handled through a written order.

Limits

What is not included?

Closed-loop control, safety automation, verified disclosure reporting, CMMS replacement and custom hardware installation are not included unless a separate signed scope says otherwise.

Support

Who handles onboarding?

An implementation manager coordinates the rollout with controls, IT, production and quality owners. Customer success then handles tuning sessions after launch.

Data

Can we keep data in Korea?

Hybrid and residency controls can be discussed during scoping. Requirements must be documented in the order form and technical design.

Security

How are permissions managed?

Role-based access is applied at the data layer and workspace layer. We recommend named accounts rather than shared credentials.

Advisory

Do you provide advisory services?

Optional advisory sessions are available for KPI definition, loss taxonomy, readiness planning and dashboard review cadence.
