Privacy Notice

Last updated: 2025-11-27

01 — data-collected

ForgePulse Digital collects contact details submitted through forms, business information needed to respond to an enquiry, public-site usage data, and correspondence records. In customer projects, operational data is handled under a separate contract and data-processing schedule, not this public-site notice.

02 — retention

Enquiry records are normally retained for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful interaction unless a contract, dispute, or legal duty requires longer retention. Public-site analytics are aggregated where possible. Records no longer needed are deleted or anonymised using procedures appropriate for the data type.

03 — third-parties

We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, spam prevention, support tooling, and analytics. These providers are required to process data only for the agreed service purpose. We do not sell personal information and do not permit providers to use enquiry data for their own direct marketing.

04 — use-of-data

Data is used to answer requests, schedule demonstrations, maintain the website, improve content clarity, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations. Where a prospective customer asks for a workshop or demo, we use the submitted details to prepare relevant material and route the enquiry to the correct regional team.

05 — contact

Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected]. Include enough detail for us to identify the request, such as the email address used in the form and the approximate date of submission. Do not include confidential production data in a public-site privacy message.

06 — scope

This notice covers the public website at cirule.digital and related business enquiries. It does not replace customer contracts, service descriptions, or project-specific data-processing terms that may apply when ForgePulse Digital is deployed in a manufacturing environment.

07 — rights

Subject to applicable Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or information about how your personal data is handled. Some requests may be limited where retention is required by law, where the data relates to another person, or where a contract requires us to preserve records.

08 — security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege handling. No internet-facing system is risk-free, so we review safeguards periodically and adjust them when service scope, threat patterns, or legal requirements change.

09 — international-transfers

Some providers may process data outside Korea. Where that occurs, we use contractual and operational safeguards intended to protect the information and to keep processing limited to the service purpose. Customer operational data transfers are addressed separately in the relevant customer agreement.

10 — children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public site. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will review the request promptly.

11 — changes

We may revise this notice to reflect new website functions, provider changes, or updates in Korean privacy requirements. The updated date will change when revisions are made. Continued use of the public site after publication means the current notice applies to new interactions.
